For a while now I've been wanting to start up a project, well not a project, but have been wanting to do a series of videos and upload them on to YouTube. Well I have begun! lol. I have been wanting to do a video series giving guitar lessons. Once a week I will be trying to upload videos giving guitar lessons. Absolutely free.
The first video is now up. In the first lesson we take a look at some types of guitars and the parts of a guitar. I think it is very important for a musician to know their instrument, to at least know the basic parts of what makes their instrument what it is.
For those of you out here in myspace cyberworld and would like to learn how to play guitar the videos will be available to you. In the videos we will be covering music notation and things like that. There will be exercises for you to practice and also sight reading exercises. This should be fun.
You can find the videos on my channel:

You can also find the videos on:

On blogger you'll find the youtube video and the text version of the lessons. In the future I will be using blogger along with youtube to make the sheet music available.
I hope you guys enjoy the lessons. If you have any questions on the videos about things I didn't cover or didn't make so clear on the videos just comment me or send me a message and I will be more than glad to help you out.
Enjoy! =)
